We are fundraising toward the relief effort
On October 4, 2016 Hurricane Matthew devastated the southern part of Haiti with category 4 winds. This was the worst disaster since the earthquake of January 2010 which caused Port au Prince to crumble and rocked the island. Schools, churches and homes were severely damaged if not completely destroyed by Matthew. Much of the repair work From Here to Haiti has completed over the past 6 years has been damaged. We are actively rebuilding and partnering with organizations in the United States and abroad to assist in the rebuilding. However, the needs continue to outweigh the resources.
